Since its creation in 2010, the E3 Cluster has offered scholarships to students who have worked on various research projects. These scholarships, totaling $ 60,500, supported 16 students. In addition, the e3 Cluster distributed funds to pay for study-related expenses such as the transcription of interviews, equipment and travel expenses for the interviews.
In 2015, new scholarships, funded by Hydro-Québec and offered through the HEC Montréal Foundation, were made available to master’s and doctoral students, working on projects that are relevant to the E3 Cluster. the Chair of Energy Sector Management. These scholarships are awarded according to a competitive process; the decision is made by a committee formed by the doctoral and master’s program of HEC Montréal and approved by Hydro-Québec.
